Actionable Intel LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Actionable Intel Media Monitor application and the SLA Partner Portal. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

1. Information We Collect

• Public Ad Data: We access publicly available advertising data through the Meta Ad Library API, including ad creative, spend ranges, and targeting categories for political and issue-based advertisements. This data is public and does not include personal user information.
• Portal Accounts: Partner organizations access our portal with credentials we provision. We store usernames and hashed passwords. We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for account access.
• Survey Data: We process anonymized, aggregated public opinion survey responses. Individual respondents are not personally identifiable in our systems.

2. How We Use Information

• To monitor and analyze political advertising patterns across states
• To generate voter intelligence reports for our nonprofit and advocacy partners
• To improve the accuracy of our survey models and messaging recommendations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Aggregated, non-personally-identifiable analysis is shared with our partner organizations (nonprofit advocacy groups) under contractual agreements.

4. Data from Meta Platform

Data obtained through Meta APIs is used solely for analyzing publicly available political advertising. We do not:

• Access, store, or process private user data from Meta platforms
• Use Meta data to build user profiles or for surveillance purposes
• Transfer Meta data to data brokers or advertising networks

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, environment-variable-based secret management, and row-level security on our database. Access to partner data is restricted to authenticated users with provisioned accounts.

6. Data Retention

Public ad data is retained for research and longitudinal analysis. Portal session data expires after 7 days. Survey data is retained in anonymized, aggregated form indefinitely for research purposes.

7. Your Rights

Partner organizations may request account deletion or data export by contacting us directly. Because we do not collect personal data from end users of political advertising, there is no personal data to access or delete for the general public.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
